Professional Coaching is the art of creating, through conversation and behavior, an environment that facilitates a person's movement toward desired goals in a way that is fulfilling.
A coach is a specialist who is able to provide qualified assistance to a client in unlocking their potential, developing their business, achieving their life goals, and conducting training work using a coaching methodology. My goal is to help you re-imagine your life. With extensive experience in Life Coaching and a vast history of client success, my individualized positivity approach will help you attain your goals.
Why: In my experience, I came to the conclusion that clients prefer to have instant insight or results from psychotherapy or coaching.
In therapy, a client is allowed to talk for hours about anything that comes to mind and in many cases, it is irrelevant to the issue. With coaching sessions, the method's baseline is only questioning. Therefore, both styles can result in unfinished work or even frustration as everything might look even more perplexing than it did before the session.
Because of this quandary, I created a UNIQUE method by blending different coaching modalities. The genesis of this methodology is to wake up and fully activate the brain through verbal provocation.
In order to get to the core of the issue, I coined this method as "Keyology".
How: when a client strays off topic, I quickly interrupt and provide a specific key word in order to avoid any continuation of non-essential information. This prevents a client from wasting their time and hard-earned money and gets the session back pointed toward results.
What: the value you receive when working with me is (1) significant cost savings plus (2) higher fulfillment knowing you get exactly what you need in a shorter period of time.
Therapy is deep work with your personality. This is a lengthy job. Six months, a year, two, five. Everything is individual. You study yourself, get to know yourself from different angles, learn to feel, notice, and name feelings to live them correctly. Analyze your past life experiences and realize the causes of your current worries. You work deeply on these reasons and get a new experience - the experience of communication, where you are treated as a valuable person who has the right to be who she is. You learn to receive adequate feedback on your actions, thoughts, and feelings. And through the acceptance of a psychotherapist, learn to accept yourself.
Coaching is also built on the principles of unconditional respect and acceptance but is focused on the future. On how to achieve the goals, rather than on why it has not worked out so far. The reasons are studied, but only to understand the starting point. Further, the focus is on future steps toward the goal set at the beginning of the session. This is a more dynamic process where the coach asks specific questions, and the client answers them to arrive at a solution.
Not in all cases or with all people will bypassing the problem help in the long run. There are, for example, fears that you bypassed once, and then resurface, again slowing you down. Then it is better to go into therapy and work in depth with fears and other requests. At the same time, not everyone wants to delve into their past, childhood, or traumas. Sometimes it is enough for a person to find a workaround. This is where coaching works.
